1. Subscription nature of the service
TradeAnyone is a digital subscription-based software service. When a subscription is purchased, access to the platform, tools, features, and digital content may begin immediately or shortly after payment confirmation. Because the service is digital and access is delivered instantly, refunds are limited as described below.
2. When a refund may be granted
A refund may be considered only in the following limited cases:
- A duplicate payment was charged for the same subscription period.
- The payment was successfully collected, but access to the service was not activated due to a verified technical issue from our side.
- A billing error occurred that was caused by us.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
Any refund request must be reviewed and approved by our support team after verification of the transaction and account details.
3. When a refund will not be granted
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The user changes their mind after purchase.
- The user did not use the service after activation.
- The user forgot to cancel before renewal.
- The service was accessed or activated successfully.
- The user expected trading profit, returns, or financial results that were not guaranteed.
- The issue was caused by incorrect user details, device settings, internet problems, or unsupported browser/device use.
- The subscription was purchased during a promotion, offer, or discounted period, unless otherwise required by law.
- The request is made after the allowed refund review period.
4. Cancellation process
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support at support@tradeanyone.in or through their account dashboard, if cancellation is available there.
- Cancellation stops future renewals only.
- Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
- Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.
- If auto-renewal is enabled, the user is responsible for cancelling before the renewal date.
5. Duplicate payment process
If a user believes they have been charged twice for the same subscription, they must:
- Contact support immediately.
- Share the payment date, amount, transaction ID, and registered email address.
- Allow us time to verify the transaction with our payment processor.
If duplicate payment is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.
6. Failed service or access issue
If payment is successful but service access is not activated, the user should contact support with payment proof and account details. We will investigate the issue and verify the payment status.
If the failure is confirmed to be on our side, we may either:
- Activate the service,
- Extend the subscription period, or
- Issue a refund, depending on the situation and technical findings.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in the user's account may depend on the bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, the user should contact our support team so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in temporary account suspension until the matter is investigated.
